Strengthening Family Foundations, LLC (SFF) understands and values everyone’s time. To honor everyone, the following policies are effective immediately:

•  If you need to cancel the visit for any reason, you must contact your assigned consultant 24 hours prior to the visit. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, there is a $55 fee. Payment is the responsibility of the parent cancelling the visit.

• If the custodial parent is not on time to pick the child(ren) up, there is a fee of $2 per minute late, after the third (3) minute. Payment is the responsibility of the custodial parent.
